Eric Gold ASLA, Landscape Architect

Mr. Gold joined D.A. Hogan & Associates in 2006.  He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1990 with a degree in Landscape Architecture.  Mr. Gold has over 20 years of experience on a wide range of public facilities including parks, recreational, and sports field development projects throughout Western Washington.  His projects include the development of over 30 individual park sites, and many athletic field projects, including natural turf and synthetic sports surfacing.

Mr. Gold has been responsible for a broad range of landscape architectural projects over 19 years including high school and track field facilities at Granite Falls, Ballard High School, Shorecrest High School and Lynnwood High School.  He has also worked on stadium field improvements for University of California at Davis, Oregon State's Goss Stadium, PGE Park in Portland, and the Seattle Seahawks Qwest Field.  Some of his public park experience includes Magnuson Park and Hiawatha Playfield.  Mr. Gold also had a lead role in the design and construction quality control of the athletic fields at the new Seattle Seahawks Training Facility in Renton, WA.

Mr. Gold's extensive public-sector experience allows him to understand and appreciate the broad variety of priorities that each client is likely to bring to a project, and develop reasonable and cost-effective solutions to accommodate those needs.
