University of Puget Sound - Lower Baker Field

Three years after the successful renovation of the field and track at Baker Stadium, D.A. Hogan & Associates was the prime consultant for the renovation of the Lower Baker Field. The project included installation of a vertically draining infilled synthetic turf surface over a permeable aggregate base. The field area was widened to provide a 70 yard soccer field width. The field also includes markings for men’s and women’s lacrosse and practice football. The football field markings included a separate red-zone practice area outside of the soccer field boundaries with an end zone and filming area.

The project also included the addition of field lighting, utilities and planning for a future field house building, site storm drainage improvements, and perimeter fencing replacement.
