Construction Administration Services
Thorough and frequent construction supervision is a critical aspect of successful field installations. Many important components of sports field construction are below the ground surface (i.e., subsurface drainage systems, imported base material, etc.). D.A. Hogan & Associates has a strong reputation in the contracting community for frequent, complete, and thorough construction inspection, supervision, and testing. Along with close monitoring, meticulous documentation is kept, including submittal logs, meeting minutes, field visit minutes. Records are also kept of Construction Change Directives (CCD’s) and, if necessary, Change Orders. In this regard, we have a reputation for minimum change orders to our projects.
